Handling time (business days): Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Transit time (business days): After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery (business days, all destinations): Typically 3–7 business days from order placement (handling + transit).

Personalised items: Personalised/custom items may require additional processing time beyond the standard handling window. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, we may split the order — non-personalised items will be dispatched as soon as they are ready and may arrive earlier.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders.

Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive tracking details via email, and SMS.

Split deliveries: If you order personalised items together with regular items, shipments may arrive in parts.

Note: All timeframes refer to business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Returns:

We offer a 7-day return window for all unused and unworn items. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that the 7-day return window does not apply to jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols unless the product received is defective or spurious.
Your returned items will be inspected once received, and refunds will be processed only after verification.

If your NINE25 SILVER product was purchased through a third-party platform (not from our official website), the return policy of that platform applies.

Missing Items

If a return shipment is received with missing items—i.e., the customer claims to have returned multiple products but pickup includes fewer—the company may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund.
This includes any promotional or free gifts such as silver coins.

Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

Method of Return

All returns must be sent by mail.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.
Return labels are NOT provided by NINE25 SILVER.

Shipping Cost

  • The customer bears the full cost of return shipping.
  • No reimbursements will be provided for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be fully processed after we receive your return.

Replacement & Exchange

You can request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions as returns.

A replacement will only be shipped after the initial product is received and verified by our warehouse.

Return Process

You may initiate the return request through our website or contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Once your return is booked:

  • Please ensure you dispatch the item promptly.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid transit damage.
  • NINE25 SILVER is not responsible for any loss or damage during return transit, as the return shipment is customer-managed.

Serviceability Notice

In cases where your location is not serviceable for pickup, you must return the product using any courier service of your choice.
Since the return shipping is customer-paid, no return shipping reimbursement will be provided under the new policy.

Empty Parcel or Missing Product on Delivery

If you receive an empty package or missing item:

  • Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel for verification.

Insufficient evidence or visible packet tampering may lead to rejection of the claim. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
